By providing an attractive investment environment that supports business growth, Manateq remains committed to empowering and strengthening partnerships with the private sector as a key driver of economic development.

    • Manateq obtained the Integrated Management System (IMS) Certification (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018).
    • Manateq obtained the ISO 27001:2013, which highlighted its commitment to improve its information security.

    • Rent exemption for 6 months to all investors of logistics parks and industrial zones.
    • Rent exemption and discounts have been offered for all tenants of the four warehousing parks.
    • Offering open yards in Al Khor and Al Karaana as practical solutions that meet all business needs.
    • Manateq completed the establishment of seven service hubs at various locations in logistics parks to provide sustainable business environment.

    • Partnering with the private sector to build, operate and transfer Al Wukair.
